Marina is the third-born child into a real-life circus family. She was thrown into Cirkidz classes as young as possible back then, age 5. Growing up in a home where unicycles lined the hallways, there were more juggling knives in the kitchen than cooking ones, and pet snakes slithered over rolla-bolla’s, there was never a dull moment.

Marina graduated from the Cirkidz performance program at age 17 after 12 years of classes, specializing in Juggling, teeterboard and sideshow. Marina began her teaching career 8 years ago at Cirkidz and since then she has gone on to coach nationally at various circus schools, festivals and events. Marina is a senior Cirkidz coach, between teaching the advanced and specialty classes, Performance Program, recreational classes and outreach programs, we’re sure you would have seen her around. She practically lives at Cirkidz!

Marina has a well rounded knowledge of teaching all circus disciplines as well as performance craft and group ensemble work. Known for her energetic teaching style and intriguing personality you’ll be begging to stay in her classes. Not only is Marina a professional coach she is also an award-winning circus artist! Marina is the co-founder and Artist Director of Point & Flex Circus, best known for their latest work BOSS SQUAD. Between performing and coaching marina is also a skilled builder and set designer. We have her to thank for the new air conditioners installed all around the center!
